The Wafer Fabrication building is a two-story building that was last used to produce 6” four meg DRAM. The total area is 96,386 square feet, including offices, utility, laboratory, and manufacturing space. The building features 26,473 square feet of clean rooms, including 17,758 square feet of “ballroom” style, Class 10 clean room space.
