EXPANSION CAPABILITIES

 The North Carolina Technical Park facility is situated on approximately 75 "master-planned" acres in Durham, North Carolina . Currently only approximately one-half of the land has been used for the existing 341,298 square feet of space. 

A 35 acre tract adjacent to the facility is available now along with dividable clean room space for small and large users as well. Check out our land and building flyers below for further information.
