ASSEMBLY TEST
KBI Bio-Pharma owns most of the campus and is currently located in the Assembly Test Building.
The Assembly Test building is a two-story, 145,403 square feet building that was last used to assemble 16 meg and 64 meg DRAM. The building includes offices, utility, laboratory, and manufacturing space, of which 25,706 square feet is Class 10,000 clean room. The building also includes 18,338 square feet of raised floor computer room.
